Abstract

The occlusal stability is major concern to orthodontists. The consideration factors about occlusal stability are growth, neuromuscular harmony, periodontal remodeling, the third molars and mechnotherapy according to methods. There is no appropriciate guideline about timing of retention. When relapse was occur during retention, some treatment modalities were introduced in this arhicle.
